Who is responsible for your data

Odyssée Gustative is the controller of the personal data collected on odysseegustative.com. You can reach us at contact@odysseegustative.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, which means your email address and your message. We use them solely to reply to you. Our lawful basis under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Messages sent through the form are stored in a spreadsheet hosted by Google, and the site itself is served by Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf. They may handle data outside the United Kingdom, under the safeguards they provide for international transfers.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, or anonymised audience measurement, may be used.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept only for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@odysseegustative.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
